Liability Waiver Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability Effective Date: 12/1/24 By participating in Sparks Fire events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in Sparks Fire’s activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activities, the use of equipment, and interaction with themed props. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.Release of Liability: I release Sparks Fire, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parental/Guardian Responsibility: For participants under the age of 18, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for my child’s participation in the event. Medical Emergencies: I authorize Sparks Fire to seek medical attention in the event of an emergency and agree to assume responsibility for any associated costs. Photo/Media Release: By attending, I grant Sparks Fire permission to use photographs or videos of the event for promotional purposes unless I notify them otherwise in writing before the event. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparks Fire from any claims or liabilities arising from my or my child’s participation.
